CBMs for Jammu also

Sir,
This has a reference to CM’s statement DE Dated December 3, 2017 “Amnesty just a beginning, more CBMs will follow”. This is not the first time that the stone pelters and trouble makers have been given amnesty by the State Govt with the help of Govt of India. This happens again and again with every Govt of the day. Will the Govt of  Day and especially Central Govt grant general amnesty to Jammu youth who participated in Shri Amar Nath Ji Land Agitation in the year 2008. There was written agreement with the Govt to withdraw all such cases. In fact Jammu region needs special CBM’s in the field of recruitment and development. For example newspapers have widely reported on very less share in employment to this region of the State. So separate PSC and separate SSB be sanctioned for Jammu region and total number of vacant posts be divided equally in two regions for justified selection and written test be made compulsory with 90 percent marks from Class IV to KAS level. Secondly, more Development Authorities be sanctioned like one in Sudhmahadev-Mantalai and second in Purmandal and Utter-Behni. Likewise such Dev. authorities be sanctioned in other parts of State also. This region needs more colleges and at least one college each in every tehsil be sanctioned but first of all the cases of 800 youth for 2008 agitation be withdrawn. Govt should know that the public memory is not short but the resentment can be reflected in next time elections. Public is the basis for leadership, so leaders should know and respect public sentiments of their next step.
Yours etc…
