SRINAGAR, Apr 3: Crime Branch Kashmir has presented the charge sheet against the four accused, who allegedly prepared a fake power of authority and agreement to sell for grabbing a huge amount of about Rs 23 lakh from the complainant.
Charge sheet in case FIR No. 165/2006 U/S 420, 467, 471, 201, 120-B RPC, was presented before the Court of JMIC Pampore, against accused persons, namely Ali Mohammad Bhat of Soura Srinagar, Raj Kumar of Jagti Jammu, Ghulam Rasool Gojri of Pampore and Mehraj-u-din Ganie of Ganderbal.
These accused had allegedly prepared fake power of authority and agreement to sell in order to grab a huge amount of about Rs 23 lakh from Ghulam Rasool Shah.
