UDHAMPUR, Nov 13: 7 SEAS International Education, an organization involved in imparting career counseling, career consultancy and study abroad, delivered a session on “Career Counseling” at KV No 1 Udhampur.
This event was opened with an address note by In-charge, Sanjay Kohli followed by a welcome speech by Vikramaditya, a senior teacher.
The session was all about, what is Career Counseling? Why do students need career counseling and how can it benefit them? The session was attended by students from class 9th to 12th.
The event was honoured by Sunita Thusoo a career counselor along with her team members. The event was very informative and fruitful for the students. Some senior teachers were also present in the session.
In this session the students were in-sighted with the elements of career options and the early age focus towards the career planning, which consisted of student’s future prospects, student activities, student’s goals, achievements, zeal and enthusiasm.
Students were very patient and the whole atmosphere around the auditorium was just moving towards the direction of new phase of life.
The programme ended with vote of thanks by Amrita Thakur, Counselor of the Vidyalaya.
