Cardamom prices decline on subdued demand

NEW DELHI, May 26: Cardamom-brown prices declined by Rs 10 per kg at the wholesale kirana market in the  national capital today in view of subdued demand from  retailers and stockists amidst adequate stocks.
Cardamom-brown (Jhundiwali and Kanchicut) prices drifted lower by Rs 10 each to settle at Rs 590-610 and Rs 640-940 per kg, respectively.
Marketmen said muted demand from retailers and stockists against adequate stocks pulled down cardamom prices.
