SRINAGAR, Feb 21: Police busted a car lifting gang and arrested three accused persons involved in the crime here today.
A Police spokesman said that Police Station Parimpora after receiving constant complaints about car and motor cycle thefts since last few months constituted a special investigation team.
“In order to crack the cases, a special investigation team headed by SHO Parimpora under the supervision of SDPO West was constituted and investigation was started,” he said.
“During the course of investigation, three accused persons were arrested and on their instances, five vehicles including four wheelers and a two wheeler were recovered,” he added.
