JAMMU, Apr 5: The new officer bearers of Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) were elected in a meeting held here today.
During the meeting Dinesh Gupta was elected as president, Dr V K Gupta as General Secretary and Kumar Kant as Treasurer.
The election process was conducted under the supervision of Arun Sharma, Regional Convener (Sanskar), Sunita Gupta, president, J&K Prant and Vijay Sharma, Coordinator.
On this occasion, Devinder Kumar, former president was appointed as Chairman of the Prakash Branch.
Addressing during the meeting, the newly elected president, Dinesh Gupta, expressed his sincere gratitude to all members for their trust and confidence.
He assured that under the guidance of Chairman Devinder Kumar and with the support of the entire team would work dedicatedly to take the organization to new heights.
Arun Sharma, Sunita Gupta and Vijay Sharma congratulated the newly elected team and extended their best wishes for a successful and productive tenure.
The meeting was attended by around 50 members, including women, reflecting active participation and enthusiasm among members.
