SRINAGAR, Feb 3: Police in North Kashmir’s Sopore area have busted a gang of burglars and recovered property worth lakhs.
A top police officer said during the continuous drive against the burglars in Sopore, two persons were arrested and during interrogation process they revealed the names of other burglar.
“This is one of the big gang of burglars which has been unearthed and we expect many burglary cases will be solved in coming days,” he said, adding a total of 9 burglars have been arrested.
He said the goods worth Rs. 9 lakh have been recovered from their possession.
