JAMMU, Aug 20: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) today resolved to strengthen party cadre at sector and booth level in the Jammu and Kashmir.
The party organised a review meeting in Bishnah Assembly constituency on Wednesday in which discussions were held to strengthen the party at sector and booth level.
During the meeting, BSP Central Coordinator and State Incharge Dharmveer Singh Ashok was chief guest and JKUT president Darshan Rana as guest of honour. Addressing the meeting DS Ashok said that the party is continuously holding meetings to strengthen the party at sector and booth level and today by organising a review meeting with party workers in Bishnah Assembly constituency, instructions were issued to strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
He said that party workers have an important and active role in strengthening the organisation, so the workers should contribute to strengthen the party with full responsibility and honesty. He said that Bahujan Samaj Party is the only political party in the country which believes in rising above all castes and becoming the voice of the people. Ashok said that BSP is organizing review meetings in every Assembly constituency.
Darshan Rana said that BSP is working as a movement in Jammu and Kashmir. The aim of the party is to solve the problems of the people. He issued instructions to the party leaders and said that they should start expanding the committees at the sector and booth level.
During the meeting, vice president Charanjit Chargotra, general secretary Raja Singh, secretary Tilak Raj Bhagat, Bishan Das Bhagat, District president Tarsem Lal, Assembly Incharge Rameshwar Prasad and many other workers were present.
