BSP to organize progs on Ambedkar’s birth anniversary

JAMMU, Mar 28: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) organized a meeting at its party office to discuss the programs scheduled for April 14, marking the 135th birth anniversary of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar.
Held under the chairmanship of the BSP’s J&K unit president Darshan Rana, the meeting saw the participation of senior party leaders and workers. Addressing the gathering, BSP State president stated that the Bahujan Samaj Party would celebrate Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar’s birth anniversary on a grand scale. He announced that the BSP Jammu Zone’s main event would be celebrated in Samba district, while the Udhampur Zone’s program would be organized in Kathua.
He urged the workers to commence preparations for these events to ensure that a fitting tribute can be paid to Babasaheb on this occasion. He further informed that the BSP’s Central Coordinator and In-charge for Jammu and Kashmir, Nitin Singh, would be participating specifically in these events.
Appealing to the public, he urged them to participate enthusiastically in these programs and join in paying homage to Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar.
Senior leaders Charanjit Chargotra, Raja Singh, Baldev Raj, Sardari Lal, and Devender Kumar were also present in the meeting.
