UDHAMPUR, Feb 3: A review meeting of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) was held today at Udhampur under the leadership of Darshan Rana, president, BSP Jammu & Kashmir.
The meeting was attended by senior party leaders including Charnjit Chargotra, vice president; Raja Singh, State general secretary; Mangal Dass, zonal coordinator; and Sham Lal Dogra, zonal coordinator, along with party cadre from the area.
Addressing the meeting, Darshan Rana emphasized the need to strengthen the party from the ground level. He instructed all cadres to intensify grassroot work, focus on expanding party membership, and work with dedication to strengthen the organizational setup at booth, ward and panchayat levels.
Special emphasis was laid on preparations for the upcoming Municipal and Panchayat elections. Rana called upon party workers to remain fully prepared, stay connected with the people and raise issues related to social justice, equality, and the rights of marginalized communities.
The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to work unitedly to further strengthen the Bahujan movement in J&K.
