JAMMU, Sept 26: In a handing taking over ceremony Brig Man Mohan Harjai, a dedicated and astute Paediatric Surgeon with impeccable professional competence, assumed the command of prestigious and busiest Military Hospital of Jammu from Brig SPS Kochar at Satwari Cantt.
Immediately after assuming the command, the Commandant met senior officers of the hospital and interacted with them on his first day in the office. Various specialist doctors briefed him about the present condition of the hospital.
Before assuming the present appointment he has served in various prestigious hospitals of Indian Armed Forces including Army Hospital (R & R) Delhi Cantt and Armed Forces Medical College, Pune as Professor of Surgery and Paediatric Surgery. He has published 105 scientific articles in various National and International Medical Journals.
