SRINAGAR, June 8: A boy working in a canteen was injured today in a fire incident caused by LPG leakage in the canteen of a Government office at Bemina, Srinagar.
A police spokesman Aashiq Hussain Dar son of Ghulam Mohammad of Chandihal, Tangmarg, received burn injuries when fire engulfed the canteen soon after he ignited a match stick in the canteen where the LPG had got leaked.
The spokesman said he was rescued from the flames and was shifted to SKIMS, Soura where his condition is reported to be stable.
