BILLAWAR, Feb 8: A dead body was recovered from Dramini village falling under the jurisdiction of Billawar Police Station, late last evening.
According to police spokesperson, the dead body of a person identified as Ajay Kumar (30) son of Chet Ram of Chhattisgarh, was recovered from Dramini village.
The body was first spotted by some locals who informed the police. On getting information, a police team from Police Station Billawar reached the spot and shifted the body to hospital, where after conducting post mortem, the body was handed over to its legal heirs for last rites.
The concerned police has registered a case under relevant Sections and started investigations.
