JAMMU, June 4: Police have recovered the body of a 33-year-old old man who drowned in canal in Jammu district on Tuesday.
The body of Eco driver Kamal Kumar of Subash Nagar, Patoli, Jammu, who accidentally slipped into the water body while washing his car on Tuesday, was recovered from the canal near Police Post Canal around 8:30 Am, police sources said.
After medico-legal formalities, it was handed over to its legal heirs for performing the last rites, they said.
