The representatives of All India Jammu and Kashmir Bank Officers Organization accompanied the delegation and pleaded the cause of employees of J&K Bank seeking Performance Linked Incentive and TDS on perquisites by the bank management in line with banking industry of India.
The delegation requested that freezed component of salary of employees may be unfreezed in the interest of employees of the bank. They apprised that transfer policy as prescribed by Department of Financial Services Govt of India may be implemented in the bank and transparency must be enhanced in promotion policy of the bank by implementing sliding upto scale III.

BMS alleged that wages are not being paid regularly to project workers which create industrial tension and delay the commissioning of the projects.
BMS demanded that state share to Aanganwadi workers and helpers may be increased and same may be applied to Asha Workers and Midday meal workers.
The delegation comprised of Neelam Sharma (UT Gen Secy BMS), Mukesh Kumar (Dy Gen Secy BMS and Gen Secy AIJKBOO), Raghubir Singh Jamwal (President AIJKBOO), Shabir Ahmad Khan and Zubair Anjum Khan (President & Gen Secy AIJKBOO Kashmir unit), and Chand Kher (President AIJKBEF).
