JAMMU, July 29: To celebrate Shravan month, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) here today organized ‘Bhajan Sandhya’ on Nag Panchami at Shiv Temple, Shant Nagar in collaboration with Sangam Tru Art Production.
The function was inaugurated by the chief guest, Mukesh Sharma, Head Pujari of the Shiv Temple along with V.K Magotra, Former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, K.K Joshi, vice chairman BLSKS, Dr. Tara Singh Charak, Former Deputy Director, Health Department J&K and J.K Raina, Freelance Producer-Director.
The programme commenced with welcome song ‘Koun Kare Teri Arti Bhola Ji’, ‘Shiv Nath Teri Mahima’, etc. Speaking on the occasion the chief guest talked about the importance of Shravan month as it is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
The songs sung in the event were written, produced and directed by Dr. M.L Dogra and the music was assisted by M.C Kotwal.

K.K Joshi, vice chairman BLSKS also spoke on this occasion.
Singers, musicians, actors and students of Music and Computer Institute who performed in the event were Usha Handoo, M.C Kotwal, Rajni Gupta, Sanjeev Kumar, Bindia Okheda, Zulekha Bano, Poly Devi and others. Deepak Kumar presented vote of thanks.
