JAMMU, Dec 24: Police solved a blind hit and run case within 24 hours.
As per police sources, a man identified as Arjun Kumar, son of Mela Ram of Bhagatpur died due to fall from unknown tractor in Akalpur.
After conducting autopsy in GMCH Jammu, the body of the deceased was handed over to family members for last rites.
The tractor was identified and seized accordingly, while its owner has also been arrested by police team led by SDPO Domana Kosheen Koul and assisted by SI Kulvinder Dev.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Domana Police Station and hunt has been launched to nab the driver of the tractor.
