Black Auto Union meets SSP Traffic

JAMMU, June 9: A delegation of J&K Black Auto Union led by its Chairman, Sunil Dimple here today met SSP Traffic, Farooq Qaiser and submitted a memorandum of demands for forwarding the same to J&K Government.
Dimple demanded stopping the sale of e-rickshaw and claimed that e-buses do not stop for women passengers.
He also claimed that Rohingyas and other non-locals are driving e-rickshaws in J&K.
Dimple alleged after the direct train service from Delhi to Katra to Kashmir will reduce the number of tourists in Jammu.
He said that all the transporters including operators of minibuses are unable to feed their families.
The transporters alleged the e-rickshaws are not cooperating with the Traffic Department and are not moving in zones allotted to them. Dimple alleged the heavy e-challans have badly victimised the transporters.
SSP Traffic gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured that all the demands will be looked into at the earliest.
Sanjay Sethi, Haneef Chowdhry, Ajit Singh, Pawan Sharma, Vijay Kumar, Altaf Shaha, Gurjeet Singh, Satish Manhas, Deepak Gupta, Shamsher Chand, Joginder Kumar, Narinder Kumar, Ramzan Malik and many others were also present in the delegation.
