JAMMU, Sept 2: BJP Displaced District Unit in a meeting here today held under the chairmanship of its president Chand Ji Bhat while highlighting the sacrifices made by the Kashmiri Pandits for unity and integrity of the nation resolved that it will not allow these sacrifices to go waste.
The meeting said that veteran BJP leader Amar Shaheed Tika Lal Taploo was the first KP leader who attained martyrdom by challenging the gun tottering terrorists in Valley and dared them that they can’t challenge the might of this great nation by holding pigeon guns in their hands.
The meeting also recalled the sacrifices of other KP martyrs including the Amar Shaheed Prem Nath Bhat and said that with their sacrifices the bonds of J&K with India were strengthened further.
The meeting said that this year on the occasion of September 13 the Martyrdom Day of Tika Lal Taploo the entire community will pay tributes to this great leader in a befitting manner at a function to be organized by the Party.
