BANIHAL, June 26: Terming PDP-BJP Government as a dismal failure, District president, National Conference, Ramban, Sajjad Shaheen, today observed that the coalition has messed up governance with competitive politics to score political points over one another as a result of which the people of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh were suffering.
“The coalition Government has certainly succeeded in making hollow commitments, which they know are not to be kept”, Shaheen said while addressing a protest rally against the Government, which he said, was manifestation of contradictions.
Coming down heavily on the PDP-BJP Coalition Government over its insistence on the anti-youth New Recruitment Policy, Shaheen said such a measure will not be allowed to succeed in a State which is grappling with vexed unemployment problem.
He also expressed anguish over the meager availability of rations at the CAPD sale outlets besides scarcity of kerosene oil, sugar and other essentials.
The NC leader also drew the attention of the Government towards poor conditions in Sub District Hospital Banihal, besides Unani Dispensary Teather, PHC Khari Ramsoo, Ukhral, Mohu Mangat and Nawgham.
