JAMMU, Dec 29: J&K BJP president and MP (Rajya Sabha), Sat Sharma said that BJP Morchas act as a strong bridge between the party and the society, ensuring that the vision of the BJP reaches every section of the society.
Addressing an introductory meeting of the newly nominated team members of ST Morcha, J&K BJP here today at party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Sharma said that the tribal communities have a special place in the party’s inclusive ideology and development agenda.
The meeting was attended by general secretary (organization), Ashok Koul along with general secretaries-Sanjita Dogra, Baldev Singh Billawaria and Gopal Mahajan, ST Morcha president, Choudhary Abdul Ghani, Morcha office bearers, executive members and district presidents from across J&K.
Ashok Koul, in his address, stressed the need to complete the formation of various teams of the ST Morcha across J&K at an earliest.
He underlined the importance of organizational discipline, structured working and regular outreach programmes.
Choudhary Abdul Ghani thanked the senior leadership for their guidance and expressed confidence that the new team would work tirelessly to strengthen the Morcha.
