BJP leader calls on CS

JAMMU, Jan 24: A delegation of BJP from Bhadarwah led by senior party leader, Mandeep Razdan today called on Chief Secretary, Arun Kumar Mehta here today and submitted a charter of demands to him.
The delegation demanded immediate construction of Bhadarwah , Basholi road and the tunnel linking the two parts of the region as this road is having a lot of strategical importance.
It also demanded boosting of tourism in the area as Bhadarwah has a lot of potential for the same and is known as Chhota Kashmir. The site seeing place in the area be developed for visiting tourists, Agriculture and horticulture in this hilly belt be promoted, steps be taken for establishment of industry in the area, improvement be made in power supply as people are facing many hardships due to same, filling up of the vacant posts of doctors in SDH, Bhadarwah and the University campus of Bhadarwah be given special attention besides additional subjects be introduced in the campus.
Mandeep Razdhan also turned the attention of Chief Secretary towards the Government Higher Secondary School Bhad and demanded it be recognized and more subjects be introduced in the School.
