JAMMU, Nov 5: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kashmir in Displaced District its meeting here, today held under the leadership of its president Chand Ji Bhat today expressed dismay over the problems of ration scarcity faced by migrants living in camps and non camps.
The meeting alleged that relief assistance is also being delayed and not being disbursed timely and properly. The PM package employees have been made scapegoats and are not being paid their salaries.
The meeting said that the transit camps which are going to be constructed in the Valley and the site for them should be selected with the stake holders and the BJP Kashmir Displaced District leadership after due deliberations. Earlier the transit camp sites have been selected without paying attention for the security of the inhabitants of the said camps.
The meeting demanded immediate permanent, time bound rehabilitation in the Valley at one place. The BJP KDD has decided to hold a protest rally in front of Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner’s Office on November 7 and has appealed to all the members of the community to come and join the protest rally.
