The meeting was chaired by J&K BJP president and Member of Parliament Sat Sharma and was chiefly addressed by BJP General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul and senior BJP leader Shrikant Sharma.
Member of Parliament Jugal Kishore Sharma and former deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh also addressed the meeting, while BJP vice-president Rakesh Mahajan conducted the proceedings.
Addressing the gathering, Sat Sharma said, “The BJP remains firmly committed to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for transparent, accountable and development-oriented governance across the country.”
He said, “India is moving steadily towards becoming a global leader in governance, economy, technology and diplomacy while the BJP continues to work towards strengthening national pride, democracy and development.”

Ashok Koul emphasised the importance of strengthening the party organisation from the leadership level down to the booth level.
He directed party leaders to ensure the formation and effective functioning of teams and committees at every organisational tier, particularly at the booth level, which he described as the backbone of the party structure.
Shrikant Sharma highlighted the need for continuous strengthening and expansion of the party organisation at the grassroots level.
He said the BJP’s strength lies in its dedicated cadre and stressed the importance of capacity building of workers through regular training programmes, workshops and ideological sessions so that they remain well-equipped to serve society and the nation.
Jugal Kishore Sharma called upon party leaders to intensify their public outreach and ensure that the benefits of Central Government welfare schemes reach every eligible citizen.
Dr Nirmal Singh said that the BJP has always maintained a firm stand against corruption and remains committed to transparent governance and inclusive development.
The meeting was attended by state office bearers, district prabharis, district presidents and other senior party leaders.
