Sources said that work on various projects was going on snail’s pace and some projects which were near completion were held up for release of funds despite the fact that large amount of money had come from Centre for the same. The Core Committee also favoured the rotational change in reservation of constituencies by next Assembly elections to be held in 2020 which have not been done for the last 24 years now.
