Speaking on the occasion, BJP General Secretary (Org) Ashok Koul hailed the victory as a testament to the people’s trust in the party’s policies and governance model, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He emphasized that the BJP’s commitment to good governance, development, and nationalism continues to resonate with voters across the country.
He expressed confidence that BJP’s victory in Delhi would be repeated in J&K, stating that the people of Kashmir, along with Jammu, would fully support the party.
He also noted that even voters in Muslim-majority constituencies had supported the BJP, which, he said, should serve as a reality check for those who view the party through a different lens.
