JAMMU, June 27: A bike was stolen from Bahu Plaza area in broad daylight, officials said today.
The theft occurred on June 16 around 3:57 pm when an unidentified person unlocked a Hero Honda Passion bike (JK02BR-3236) parked at Bahu Plaza parking using a master key, and ran away, they said.
On the basis of a written complaint from the owner of the bike, Sudhir Sharma of Kali Janni, Jammu, a case under the relevant sections of the law was registered at Trikuta Nagar Police Station and further investigation taken up to trace the stolen bike and arrest the accused, they said.
