MENDHAR, Oct 20: A bike rider was critically wounded after he was hit by a speeding Tata Sumo near Mankote today.
A police spokesman said that one Majid Khan, son of Mohd Sharief, resident of Mankote area was seriously injured after his bike was hit by a Sumo No. JK-12/1750 near his village today. He was rushed to Mendhar hospital where doctors referred him to GMC Hospital Jammu for specialized treatment. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
