JAMMU, Mar 4: Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan police station today recovered cash and other important documents near the locker and returned them to the pilgrims after identifying him by making announcements through loudspeakers.
Bhawan Police found purse and bag containing Rs 4600 cash, an ATM, credit card of HDFC bank, Best Price card and driving licenses.
The police parties led by SHO Bhawan Inspector Rajesh Sharma made announcements through loudspeakers and traced the owner, who was identified as Gulshan Kumar of Akhnoor.
After verification, the goods were returned to him.
