RAJOURI, Nov 28: The 2nd meeting of the University Works Committee of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) was held under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Prof Jawaid Iqbal.
Abhishek Sharma, Registrar, BGSBU, attended the meeting, which brought together key officials to assess the progress of major infrastructural initiatives and to outline a strategic roadmap for accelerating the University’s development agenda.
The meeting was also attended by Tilak Raj, Superintending Engineer, Public Works (R&B) Circle, Rajouri; Sudesh Bhagat, Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Department, Division Rajouri; Mohd Qasim, Joint Registrar (Finance); Shakeel Ahmed, Landscaping & Arboriculture Officer; and Dr Ahmed Riyaz, Incharge, Works Wing.
During the deliberations, members shared valuable suggestions aimed at enhancing the efficiency and quality of ongoing and upcoming projects. The Vice Chancellor appreciated the active participation and constructive inputs of all members, reaffirming the University’s commitment to strengthening its infrastructure and creating a modern, student-centric campus environment.
