NEW DELHI: India on Thursday said that Pakistan should behave like a normal neighbour and demanded that Pakistan must act against the terror groups operating on its soil.
“It is important for Pakistan to start behaving like a normal neighbour. What do normal neighbours do? You do not push terrorists into a neighbouring country, You do normal talk, normal trade, this is not something which is happening from Pakistan,” Raveesh Kumar, External Affairs Ministry’s official spokesperson said here.
The spokesperson also condemned “irresponsible statements” by Pakistani leaders, saying that a Pakistani minister’s letter to the United Nations on Jammu and Kashmir was “not worth the paper it was written on.” (AGENCIES)
