JAMMU, Mar 2: Shopkeepers of Bawe JDA Car Market, here today highlighted the serious problems they were facing due to the ongoing incidents of open consumption of liquor and illegal encroachment within the market.
In a handout these shopkeepers claimed that certain anti-social elements openly consume alcohol inside the market and throw disposable glasses and empty beer bottles in the area, creating unhygienic conditions along with public nuisance.
They said that whenever they request such elements not to consume alcohol in the market, the latter use abusive language and create disturbances.
