JAMMU, Feb 11: Shri Bawa Bhairdev Sathan Trust today organized a function at Dogra Brahman Pratinidhi Sabha, Prade (Jammu) in which annual calendar (panchang) for the year 2026 was released.
The Panchang was jointly released by Jammu East MLA Yudhvir Sethi, Trust president Balwant Singh and general secretary Ramesh Sharma in the presence of former Deputy Commissioner B S Jamwal, NMC president Subash Shastri and DBPS president Ved Parkash Sharma.
DBPS chairman Advocate P C Sharma presided over the function, which started with chanting of ‘mantras’ and ‘shlokas’ by the religious scholars.
The function was attended by representatives of various social, religious and cultural organizations, and prominent citizens and pilgrims drawn from various parts of Jammu region especially from village Anthem, Sourav, Kattal Battal and Bhair.
All the trustees and associated members of Bawa Bhairdev Sathan Trust namely Om Prakash Sharma, Kirpal Singh, Subash Sharma, Girdhari Lal, Advocate C M Sharma, Advocate Anchit Sharma, Ritiz Khajuria and Raman Sharma were also present on the occasion.
