ETAWAH (UP), Oct 4: Pall of gloom descended in the Naglabari village in Chaubiya area when the body of BSF martyr Nitin Kumar Yadav was cremated with full State honours today in presence of Uttar Pradesh Minister Shivpal Singh Yadav and several thousand people.
The UP Minister also payed a floral tributes and joined the funeral before attending the cremation. Mr Shivpal Singh Yadav announced an ex-gratia payment of Rs 20 lakh to the families of the martyr BSF jawan Nitin Kumar Yadav (24) who died during the Sunday night terror attack in Baramulla area of the Kashmir valley.
The Minister also named a road and a park on the name of the martyr. Nitin, was posted at Baramulla last month. Earlier he was posted in Maharashtra. (UNI)
