Azad acceptable leader to all communities: Chib

UDHAMPUR, Mar 28: Democratic Progressive Azad Party today held an office bearers meeting at Udhampur presided by general secretary organisation RS Chib.
During the meeting, Chib said that DPAP is growing as the largest political party in entire Union Territory which is acceptable to all communities and regions. He said it was all possible due to unscathed and secular image of the party Chairman Ghulam Nabi Azad.
He said throughout the political career of DPAP Chairman Ghulam Nabi Azad is known for his secular approach and people know him for his services to the communities without discriminating on the basis of region and religion.
Chib further asked the office bearers to ensure they are working tirelessly to reach out to the people in their respective areas and explain them the party agenda.
“We emerge as a strong alternative political force in Jammu Kashmir. Hundreds of people on daily basis are joining our party. So, we need to continue with this drive and ensure more and more people are joining us,” Jugal Kishore Sharma, Provincial president DPAP Jammu said.
He said the party is aimed to resolve the issues of common people so where you find issues hurting the interests of common people you need to raise them in the interests of public.
Jugal said that the people of Jammu Kashmir are going through tough times and it is the responsibility of DPAP to mitigate their sufferings and stand by them in these tough times.
BM Sharma, general secretary Jammu Province and Ashwani Khajuria, District president said that there is an excellent response for the DPAP, in the District and more and more people are joining the party.
They further said that the people in general are feeling suffocated, because of the anti-people policies of the Administration.
Among others present in the meeting were Pritam Kotwal, Preeti Khajuria, Bharat Sharma, Sanjeev Dubey, Neeraj Thappa, Ashok Sharma, Laxmi Devi, Prem Lal, Kewal Bhagat and others.
