JAMMU, Jan 3: As part of the IEC campaign, the office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner Jammu, today organised a camp for the Anganwari Workers/ Helpers at Gujjar Mohalla, Zone Kot Bhalwal.
The participants being grassroot level workers were briefed about New Labour Codes as well as social security schemes like PMSYM/NPS, PMJJBY, PMSBY etc.
The participants were requested to spread the awareness about the benefits of the social security schemes to grassroot level for bringing maximum people under the ambit of this social security coverage.
More than 100 workers and helpers participated in the event.
