JAMMU, Oct 4: Aarakshan Virodhi Manch (AVM) held a meeting under the chairmanship of its president of Ram Paul Seth.
During the meeting, Seth raised serious issue on the selection procedure of SSB Jammu, which had recently announced the selection list of post of teacher in the Education Department, District Cadre Jammu.
He said that State Government has made a huge partition between Sanskrit scholars and other stream students. Referring to the present teaching list, he added that Sanskrit scholars despite being qualified in written test, the Government has sidelined their teaching abilities and prefer other stream students, which has crated resentment among Sanskrit scholars.
On behalf of Sanskrit scholars, Seth urged the Government to look into the matter and conduct an enquiry in order to provide sigh of relief to the Sanskrit scholars.
