JAMMU, Jan 18: The workers of Dogra Front & Shiv Sena (DFSS) here today staged a protest demonstration under the leadership of DFSS president, Ashok Gupta and expressed resentment against the authorities concerned for failure after 16 persons have died in Rajouri’s Badhaal area due to some mysterious ailment.
Gupta flayed the Omar Abdullah led Government for its negligent response to mysterious deaths in Badhaal.
“The head of Government opted to send his ministers, who also failed to visit Badhaal,” he maintained adding: “The Ministers held meetings at Kotranka and departed without addressing the situation, which indicates lack of seriousness.”
The Dogra Front leader claimed that the SIT formed by the Government in this case is a mere eye wash and the case should be given to CBI as the cause of deaths has been suspected due to neurotoxin.
Prominent among those present in the protest were Abhishek, Ganesh, Prem, Vivek, Vikky, Bantu, Naresh, Shiv, Rampal, Vinay, Garu and others.
