RAJOURI, Dec 7: Senior BJP leader and former MLC Vibodh Gupta today conducted an extensive tour of Badhoon near here and addressed a large public gathering and interacted with local residents.
Speaking on the occasion, Vibodh Gupta laid strong emphasis on the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat, stating that self-reliance at the grassroots level is essential to realizing Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s mission of “Viksit Bharat 2047.” He said that India’s progress hinges on empowering citizens, strengthening rural economies, and promoting local enterprises.
Gupta highlighted that under the leadership of PM Modi, transformative developmental schemes have reached even the remotest corners of the nation, enabling youth, women, farmers, and small entrepreneurs to become self-reliant. He urged people to actively participate in these initiatives to accelerate local development and contribute to the nation’s long-term growth.
During his visit, the senior BJP leader also listened to public grievances and assured the gathering that their concerns would be conveyed to the appropriate authorities for timely redressal. He reaffirmed the BJP’s commitment to equitable development in Rajouri and other border districts of Jammu & Kashmir.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from local residents, party workers, and community leaders, who expressed their support for the initiatives aimed at fostering self-reliance and strengthening the vision of a prosperous India by 2047.
Vibodh Gupta made an appeal to the youth of Rajouri, urging them to take charge of their future with confidence and determination. He said that the nation looks up to its young generation as the torchbearers of change, and called upon them to embrace innovation, skill development, and entrepreneurship. “Your dreams will shape the destiny of our nation,” he told them, encouraging every young person to contribute their energy and talent toward building a strong, self-reliant, and prosperous India.
