JAMMU, Feb 12: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has posted JKAS officer Athar Amin Zargar as Additional Secretary in the Home Department.
“In the interest of administration, Athar Amin Zargar, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Home Department, with immediate effect,” read an order issued by the General Administration Department.
