ASKPC reiterates its demand that seven lakh Kashmiri Pandits who were hounded out in 1990 should be settled at one place in the Valley with full political and economical empowerment as relationship between nationalist Kashmiri Pandits and separatist are not on the same page, reason being that Kashmiri Muslims and their separatist leaders have always opposed the accession to India and have always considered us a Fifth Columnist.

Bhat , general secretary of the organisation said that not only Kashmiri separatists, even the so called main stream parties like NC, Congress, PDP in the Valley have started hate campaign against the New Delhi. The present situation in the Valley does not augur well for political future of Kashmir. The Centre Government needs to take tough measures against the hate mongers otherwise, Valley will wither away if appeasement policy is adopted and Kashmiri leadership is allowed to provoke and prick the nationalist forces of the State.
R.K. Wangnoo and C.L.Bhat, vice presidents said that need of the hour is to show unity and maturity in tackling the sensitive issue as Kashmiri migrants who are the worst sufferers of turmoil as community youths are getting overaged and there is no policy for these youths. Even the Prime Minister’s package employees are the worst sufferers as no attention is paid towards their safety and security and their pay has not been released for the last so many months.

Migrants are harassed by the concerned Zonal Officers of the Relief Organisation for their personal interests and the ration has not been provided since February.
