JAMMU, Aug 20: Full court which met under the chairmanship of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar has appointed Ashok Kumar Koul, Registrar Vigilance as new Registrar General of J&K High Court.
Principal District & Sessions Judge Rakesh Sagar Jain has been transferred and posted as Registrar Vigilance High Court.
Meanwhile, M K Hanjura, Registrar General of High Court, has been appointed as Judicial Member of Company Law Board.
The full court accepted the technical resignation of the MK Hanjura and permitted him to retain lien with his parent cadre till his retirement.
Hanjura is the first person from J&K Judiciary who has been appointed as Judicial Member Company Law Board in which retired High Court Judges are the members.
