JAMMU, Dec 24: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has designated Ashish Gupta, Special Secretary to Government, as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs to ensure effective implementation of cyber security best practices and the Cyber Crisis Management Plan.
