JAMMU, June 25: In continued efforts to strengthen the bond between public representative and the people, senior BJP leader and MLA Jammu West, Arvind Gupta conducted an extensive public outreach programme in Ward No. 32, Wazir Lane, Ranjitpura here today.
The visit aimed at directly engaging with local residents, addressing their grievances on the spot, and reviewing the progress of developmental works in the area.
During the visit, MLA Jammu West interacted with a large number of residents who raised issues related to road repairs, drainage, sanitation, and street lights. Giving a patient hearing to their concerns, Gupta assured the locals that all the pending works would be taken up on priority and instructed the officials concerned to resolve issues within the stipulated time.
The MLA was accompanied by Mandal president Anil Angral, AEE R&B Vikram Jeet Singh, JE Rahul Dogra, and Ex-Sarpanch Avinash Singh. Several senior BJP leaders including Prithipal Singh, Keshav Chopra, Arun Dubey, and Atul Bakshi also participated in the outreach, reinforcing BJP’s commitment to responsive and accountable governance.
Speaking on the occasion, Arvind said, “The vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi revolves around empowering the last person in the queue. Our Government believes in delivering services efficiently and ensuring every voice is heard. We are committed to transforming Jammu West into a model constituency.”
The senior BJP leader further added that such visits will continue across all wards to ensure transparency and continuous feedback from the people. He also appreciated the efforts of local BJP workers and officials for their proactive role in implementing various schemes and ensuring development reaches every corner.
The programme concluded with a renewed sense of trust among the residents, who expressed gratitude to the MLA for personally reviewing issues on ground.
