Arogya Bharati organizes special workshop on first aid

JAMMU, Dec 25: A special workshop on first aid organized by the Arogya Bharati Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh was held here today.
The workshop was conducted under the guidance of Yash Paul Sharma, president of Arogya Bharati.
Aim behind organizing the workshop was imparting practical knowledge and life-saving techniques to be used during emergency situations.
Earlier, a meeting of the members of Arogya Bharati was also held.
The programme was organised under the leadership of district president Dr Chandramohan and was presided over by Sanjeevan, North Zone Coordinator of Arogya Bharati.
The meeting witnessed enthusiastic participation of around 95 volunteers, including representatives from 11 districts.
Dr Munish Sharma shared valuable insights on maintaining health through acupressure and its preventive benefits.
Addressing the gathering, Sanjeevan Ji elaborated on the importance of a healthy lifestyle and traditional Indian diet, emphasizing their role in preventive healthcare.
Volunteers from Kathua, Billawar, Bani, Basohli, Samba, Reasi, Udhampur, Akhnoor, Bishnah and R S Pura districts participated in the meeting.
Abhishek, organisation secretary, introduced the participants, while the stage proceedings were conducted by Prant Secretary Shashikant, Dr Rama and executive president Anil.
