Srinagar, Mar 19: Army organized a drawing competition for students at Fakir Gujri here today.
An Army spokesman said that in continuation of the persistent efforts to maintain a connection with the AWAAM by engaging the youngsters in creative activities, Army at Chak-i-Dara conducted a drawing competition for school children at Fakir Gujri.
He said the children took part in the activity with zeal and enthusiasm and came up with some splendid drawings. “The best paintings were selected and awarded. The children thanked the army for its encouragement and for providing a platform for them to display their skills,” he said.
