JAMMU, May 15: In keeping with its ongoing efforts to help the people of border areas, Indian Army at Bhimber Gali extended a helping hand by providing compensation to family of Rahil Ahmad, who was working as a porter and had died due to illness in September last year.
A cheque of Rs 8.73 lakh was presented to Benazir wife of late Rahil Ahmed in the presence of Haroon Malik, Deputy Commissioner, Poonch and Sanjay Bhat, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Poonch, at a ceremony held at DC Office Poonch.
