POONCH, Nov 29: A Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) of the Army, posted in Khari area of Poonch district, suddenly died on Saturday after suffering a heart attack, officials said.
The deceased has been identified as Talib Hussain, who was presently deployed at PP Khari, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Poonch in Haveli Tehsil.
According to officials, the JCO suffered a sudden cardiac arrest while on duty. He was immediately shifted for Medical assistance but could not revive. They said necessary legal formalities were completed, and the body was later handed over to the family for last rites.
