MENDHAR, Sept 5: An army Hawaldar was seriously injured after he was hit by a rashly driven Tata Sumo bearing number JK 12-3799 in Balakote area this evening. The Army Hawaldar was identified as Tilak Raj who was on LoC duty in Balakote Sector. He was shifted the Army Hospital.
The police has arrested Mohammed Sikander, son of Mohammed Qasim of Lanjot Balakote, the driver of Tata Sumo said SDPO Mendhar, Shahid Naeem. He said FIR has been registered at PP Balakote.
