UDHAMPUR, Feb 6: General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), today honoured SHO Majalta, Satar Choudhary, for his outstanding operational efforts in eliminating militants in the Majalta region of District Udhampur.
The recognition was conferred under the supervision of SSP Udhampur, Amod Ashok Nagpure, whose leadership ensured effective coordination and execution of the operation.
The honour reflects the synergy between the Indian Army and Jammu & Kashmir Police in safeguarding national security and maintaining peace in the region. The commendation of SHO Satar Choudhary underscores the importance of professionalism, courage, and dedication in counter terrorism operations.
